Perfect for working from home - I got the app through my employer, I particularly like the meditation guide and the activating break, the daily 1-2 times 5-minute exercises have become a ritual, tension in the neck and back from sitting for long periods of time is wonderfully loosened. The variety of exercises means it never gets boring. I'm glad to have the app, it helps a lot during the home office period when there was little movement.
